More detailed instructions on aftercare for wisdom teeth removal would be great. Everything besides that was amazing. Very satisfied.

Overall we had a good experience,the doctors were friendly and the place is so clean and very professional. The only issue I had was when right after my daughter came out of anaesthesia the nurse seemed very inconsiderate to the fact my daughter was all drugged up. My daughter was whimpering , crying and tried her hardest to stay awake and the nurse kept saying "don't cry and don't fall asleep" in a very rude tone. I personally felt like she was being very passive aggressive but I didn't want to confront her or say anything because my daughter just needed to go home.

Dr. Shen was great - very clear with instructions and caring with my son's first surgery (wisdom tooth extraction). He even called the evening after the surgery to check on him and answer any questions. We really appreciate how thorough and caring he is!

I asked to be give Nitrous Oxide ( laughing gas) over my anxiety for IV catheter administrations and nerves over whole procedure, nurses and doctors were very willing to go through with my request. A Nurse held my hand for the IV placement which I felt was very helpful and sweet. Also they explain everything for aftercare very well to Adult driving me home after procedure and sent home informational papers. My overall experience was good and I will be going back for a check up.

My experience was amazing. I did 4 wisdom teeth in one extraction and I didn't have any pain AT ALL. I was only sore and obviously uncomfortable not being able to open my mouth. A day after surgery, I was back to eating my regular foods and pursuing my life as normal. Thank you so much for such great performance!
