The office was welcoming including staff. Cleaned and sanitized, I felt very comfortable considering a tooth removal. The staff was friendly and calming also Dr. Shen listened to my concerns and the appointment went smoothly. Highly recommended if you have dental anxiety.

Overall we had a good experience,the doctors were friendly and the place is so clean and very professional. The only issue I had was when right after my daughter came out of anaesthesia the nurse seemed very inconsiderate to the fact my daughter was all drugged up. My daughter was whimpering , crying and tried her hardest to stay awake and the nurse kept saying "don't cry and don't fall asleep" in a very rude tone. I personally felt like she was being very passive aggressive but I didn't want to confront her or say anything because my daughter just needed to go home.

I was scared to death to even walk through the door. The staff made me feel so comfortable and not like the worst person in the world for having waited so long. The 4 broken teeth where removed and i was on my way . healing is almost complete . really had a good experience, esp being as scared as I was.

Dr. Shen was great - very clear with instructions and caring with my son's first surgery (wisdom tooth extraction). He even called the evening after the surgery to check on him and answer any questions. We really appreciate how thorough and caring he is!
